This month favourites are a mixture of everything, from accessories, make up and plants. I’m not going to bore with you a long intro and get straight into it, so here are my top April favourites:

1.Clapperboard Accessory

If you have been reading my previous monthly favourites, you would have noticed that I always include one or two items from Tiger, that’s because since I’ve moved to London, I have become obsessed with that shop. So this month, I bought this clapperboard. I never intended to use this properly. I just thought it would be a cute addition to my room – it even comes with a small white chalk so you can write on the clapperboard.

Product Name: Movie Clapperboard
Shop: Tiger
Price: £4.00

2.Orchid Plant

Yes, another orchid… I received this one as a gift. Just look how cute it is!? Since my last one only lasted 3 months, I hope to look after this one with a little more care.

Product Name: Orchid

3.Notebook

I have to admit, I do have a slight obsession with notebooks/diaries, and I am completely and utterly in love with this new addition to my collection! I came across Ana Victoria work on Instagram. She’s a Mexican artists who created these types of stunning pieces and I just completely feel in love with this one as soon as I saw it.

Product Name: Hologram Journal – Healing Crystals
Shop: Etsy

4.Mascara

As I’ve said before I am no beauty guru, and I’m not here to give anyone any beauty tips. I’m simply giving you my own opinion on products such as this mascara. Another product I have been recommended by family and friends so I thought I would give it a go. Since I’ve been using the Benefit They’Re Real Mascara (which I really recommend), I’m not sure if I’ll be able to find anything better. BUT, I’ve been told this mascara does miracles – in terms of lengthening your eye lashes. So I’ve excited to give it a go.

I’ve tried to look around where else you could purchase this mascara online, but I could only find it in Boots for £16.99.

Product Name: ModelCo Double Ended Fibre Lash Brush on Lashes
Shop: Boots
Price: £15.29

5.Beauty Blender

I’m not turning into a beauty blogger – promise! But I was told by many to get this beauty blender. All my friends use it, so I decided to give it a go and it really is amazing. I’m not sure whether there are other good blenders out there (if so please comment and let me know the name of the brand – I would love to try them out).

I bought mine in Boots on an offer (2 for 1) for £5.99, but you can also buy these in Real Techniques ($6.00), Amazon (£4.20), and Superdrug (£9.99) for two packs.

Product Name: Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge
Shop: Boots
Price: £5.99

6.Make Up Setting Spray

Another product I received as a gift, and I love it! I haven’t tried many make up sprays, so I don’t know whether this Urban Decay Make Up Setting Spray is the best one or not. But it does the job for me – and smells really nice!

As I said, I received this as a gift, but you can buy it in Urban Decay (£22.00), Debenhams (£22.00) and Feel Unique (£22.00).

Product Name: Urban Decay Make Up Setting Spray
Shop: Urban Decay
Price: £22.00

7.Watermelon Candle

I should probably stop buying candles, because I already owe way too many of them, but I just couldn’t stop myself when I came across this adorable watermelon candle.

FYI, it doesn’t smell like watermelon 🙁

Product Name: Watermelon Candle
Shop: Oh Deer
Price: £6.95 (£6.66 with Student 10% Discount)

8.Scratch Map

IMG_6790-1.jpg

I actually received this for my birthday in February, but never actually got round to putting up on my wall until this month, hence why I’m including it as my April favourites.

I think it’s such a great addition to my room, and it makes me even more excited to travel and scratch off more countries off the map.

These scratch map have become very popular lately, and can be bought in various colours and sizes. I have found a few similar ones on: Amazon (£14.98), Not On The High Street (£18.95) and Luckies (£18.95).

Product Name: Scratch Map
Shop: Urban Outfitters
Price: £20.00

9.Pillow Cover

IMG_6782-1.jpg

My month’s favourites wouldn’t be complete without a camera gadget. However, this month, it’s not a real camera, but instead a pillow camera! How cool does it look?

This was an ‘Giveaway’ which I came across online. But of course just like with any deal, there is a catch. The pillow was ‘free’ but then I had to pay $7.95 for the delivery since the pillow came from America. Despite the cheeky deal, I still really like this product, but wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy products from this website.

Product Name: Retro Pillow Case
Shop: The Tee Shop
Price:
$0 (Shipping $7.95)
